Yes, having healthy testosterone levels is a must for being a good man and for attracting women.
But what if I told you that testosterone is only the second most important chemical for the latter?
You can be Chad McMuscle and have the T levels of a lion. That’ll get you at least SOME women. But if you lack a healthy level of the more important chemical, you can say goodbye to healthy relationships with beautiful women.
Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that regulates mood, perception of social status, memory, and a whole bunch of other shit.
It should be common sense that if you’re a man who isn’t happy with himself, QUALITY WOMEN WON’T WANT TO BE WITH YOU. The only women you’ll get will be subpar and on a low frequency like you.
That’s why getting your serotonin up is KEY not just to attracting women, but to attracting QUALITY women and retaining them. Healthy testosterone by itself can pique women’s interest at first, but it won’t make you smoothly retain them like serotonin does.
Women discern a man’s status by smelling his serotonin levels.
Yeah, that was broscience, but it’s true.
If you’ve heard anecdotes about men getting girlfriends then suddenly receiving a fuckton of interest from other women, you’ve witnessed the power of serotonin.
“Another girl wants him, so I want him too” isn’t the entire picture. When a guy has a girlfriend, she should make him happier than he was in singlehood (and of course, not be his primary source of happiness at the same time).
When a woman’s attracted to a man with a girlfriend, it’s because she senses his HAPPINESS and his high vibration, not so much his social success or lack of neediness.
If a guy has a girl but he’s unhappy with her, that won’t do shit to attract other girls to him.
Women naturally mirror men, so happy men attract happy women. Happy men make happy women happier.
Chemistry can’t be faked
If you pose as if you’re a happy alpha male when you’re actually needy and insecure, only gullible and similarly needy women (and men) won’t see through the facade.

Attractive, socially valuable speech patterns and body language are a CONSEQUENCE of your body’s chemistry. They’re automatic and unconscious, not deliberately affected. If you deliberately affect them, your mask WILL BREAK. People will see your true nature.
If your behaviors are natural and REAL, they’re unbreakable. People will see their authenticity for what it is.
If you’re not genuinely happy with yourself, then pretending you are will only attract similarly fake or low-energy people to you.
“So how do I become happier with myself?”
- Eat meat, animal products, clean carbs, and real olive oil
- Build up your muscle and cardiovascular health
- Become sober if you aren’t already
- Get your values in order
- Do real shit in the real world
